PACE - ONE™ G2 Speed Limiter
Plug & Play
Safety Systems & Controls simplifies installations by using the same connectors OEMs use making our connections “plug & play”. We carry every connection to vehicle manufacturers in order to simply plug our systems to your vehicle. This saves time, effort, and your vehicle's warranty, since splicing the vehicle cable harness is not required.
Throttle Ramp
The PACE-ONE™ G2 is a vehicle speed limiter with optional throttle ramp control. This will change the vehicle acceleration profile which can reduce tire wear and fuel usage as well as discourage aggressive driving. Inside the programming of the Pace-One, features can be enabled and disabled based on your specific application, within your facility.
PACE-ONE™/Traction Combo
PACE-ONE™ Speed Limiter is available as a stand-alone product or can be purchased with Traction Control. PACE-ONE™ Traction Control has all the features of the standard Speed Limiter unit plus traction control. Traction control prevents the drive tires from free spinning when a forklift operates on slick surfaces such as ice, oil, water, dust, and ash-covered surfaces. The system further limits tire spinning when the inching pedal is dumped at high engine RPMs.

Capture Settings
PACE-One G2 expands on the capture feature found in the previous generation ECM to not only capture Idle and Wide-Open-Throttle settings but Voltage and Hertz settings from a moving vehicle. In other words, you can drive the truck and click on capture key on your laptop and save the settings for which you were traveling as a top speed setting.
Fault Detection Data Logging
Should an Output Fault be detected within the ECM, internal fault detection will help identify where the error is coming from. Data logging records data from various inputs to help identify why an error occurred.
PACE-ONE™ /DOT-LOK™ Combo
Our PACE-ONE™ Speed Limiter can be combined with the DOT-LOK™ shift inhibitor, which will prevent gear changes at high RPM's and high speeds. How It Works
The PACE-ONE™ G2 works by simply taking existing signals from the vehicle's differential and pedal to the ECM, which changes those signals and sends them to the vehicle ECU.
Our harness is made with all OEM connections, so there is no splicing during installation.
This system works with electronic pedal systems, but for mechanical pedals, we have the SPEEDZONE system, which converts the mechanical interface of the vehicle into an electronic one, allowing the use of our PACE-ONE™ Speed Limiter. Click here to learn more about SPEEDZONE.
